Fitness Check-in

This is your fitness check-in. How are you doing on your fitness goals?  Are you getting them written down and ready to move on to jumping right into the workouts?  I hope so. 

Creating these goals and doing your best to stick to them will change how you start your day. I believe it will help you achieve whatever other plans your day has in store for you.

Later this week, I am doing a post on Travel Checklists and Prep. 

I wasn’t going to mention in my check list taking any workout equipment with me.  However, in my check list that I print out for packing day, I included them.

On my current fitness journey, taking a few of my pieces of equipment is vital to stay on track. 

I have decided on my dumbbells, whichever weight I am on that week we are leaving. My yoga mat, 5lb weighted ball, loop bands, kettlebell, and of course my fitness log will also be going with me.

This is how I keep myself in check – my fitness log.  

How are you keeping yourself in check for working out?  Remember that working out is on your terms and how often and how much you workout is totally up to you. 

I am just trying to help keep you motivated!
